This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through:
- All Raketmo websites and subdomains (including raketmo.com and raketllc.com)
- All Raketmo mobile applications on any platform (iOS, Android, and others)
- All Raketmo desktop software and installable applications
- All APIs, developer tools, and related services operated by Rakett LLC
- Any communications between you and Rakett LLC (email, support, etc.)
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or integrated with our Services.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (race, religion, health, biometrics, etc.). Please do not submit such data through our Services.

Data You Provide Directly
When you register an account, complete a profile, contact support, submit content, complete surveys, or otherwise interact with our Services, you provide data directly to us.
Data Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect technical and usage data via cookies, pixels, SDKs, server logs, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data From Third Parties
We may receive data about you from third parties including: advertising partners, analytics providers, app store platforms (Apple, Google), social media platforms (if you connect an account), and fraud prevention services. We combine this data with information we already hold about you where permitted by applicable law.

§06 Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the EU/EEA, we process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined in GDPR Article 6:
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary to perform our Terms of Service with you — account management, delivering the Services, payment processing.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Analytics, fraud prevention, security, product improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers, where not overridden by your rights.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Advertising and targeting cookies, marketing communications, processing of optional data. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory requirements.
§07 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We share data only as described below.
Service Providers
We share data with carefully selected third-party vendors who help us operate our Services — including cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, push notifications, and crash reporting. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us and in accordance with applicable law.
Advertising Partners
With your consent where required, we may share device identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for personalized advertising. See our Ads Policy and Advertising ID Policy for details.
Business Transfers
If Rakett LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rakett LLC, our users, or the public.
With Your Consent
We share data in other ways only with your explicit consent.
§08 International Data Transfers
Rakett LLC is headquartered in the United States. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers and partners operate.
EU/EEA Transfers
For transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to countries not recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection (including the US), we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other transfer mechanisms permitted under GDPR Chapter V. You may request a copy of relevant transfer safeguards by contacting legal@rakettllc.com.
UK Transfers
For transfers from the UK, we rely on International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or equivalent mechanisms approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Canadian Transfers
For data transferred from Canada, we ensure that recipients provide comparable protection to PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws.
§09 Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.
§10 Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security practices include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls and role-based permissions for staff
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
- Incident response procedures including breach notification
- Data minimization and pseudonymization where possible
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
§11 Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 in the United States, or under the applicable age of digital consent in other jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages without verifiable parental consent.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, contact us immediately at legal@rakettllc.com. We will promptly review and delete such information from our systems.
For Services specifically directed at children (where applicable), we maintain a separate children's privacy notice and comply fully with COPPA and applicable international children's privacy laws.
§12 Your Rights — EU / EEA / UK Users (GDPR)
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Art. 16).
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") where conditions apply (Art. 17).
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances (Art. 18).
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller (Art. 20).
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing (Art. 21).
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawfulness.
Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., ICO in UK, your national DPA in EU).
To exercise any GDPR right, submit a request to legal@rakettllc.com. We respond within 30 days. We may require identity verification before processing your request.
§13 Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, our business purpose for collecting, and categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, contact us at legal@rakettllc.com.
- Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information: Request that we limit use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes only.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.
Submit California privacy requests to legal@rakettllc.com. We respond within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days with notice. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission.
§14 Your Rights — Canadian Users (PIPEDA / Law 25)
Canadian residents have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation including Québec's Law 25 (Bill 64):
- Right to Access: Request access to personal information we hold about you, along with information about its use and disclosure.
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent to collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions).
- Right to Portability (Québec): Request that your personal information be communicated to you or transferred to a third party in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to Complain: Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or applicable provincial commissioner.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any personal data with them. This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by Rakett LLC.
§17 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if we have your email), in-app notification, or by posting a prominent notice on our website, and update the effective date at the top of this policy. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR), we will seek fresh consent for material changes.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
