Ratings Policy

§01 Overview

Rakett LLC assigns content ratings to all Raketmo apps and digital products to help users and parents make informed decisions about app appropriateness. Content ratings are determined based on the nature of the content, features, and functionality within each product, in accordance with the guidelines of recognized international rating bodies.

This policy applies to all Raketmo applications distributed through digital storefronts, including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other distribution platforms. Ratings are reviewed whenever a significant update adds new content types or features.

§02 Rating Systems We Use

Where multiple rating systems apply to a single product, each storefront displays the rating appropriate to its region. All ratings are self-reported or obtained through the respective rating body's official questionnaire process.

The following describes the content tiers used across Raketmo products:

§04 Content Descriptors

In addition to age ratings, specific content descriptors may be applied to individual Raketmo products to inform users of the type of content present:

• User-Generated Content: The app allows users to create, upload, or share content that other users may see. Content moderation measures are in place.
• In-App Purchases: The app offers optional purchases, subscriptions, or virtual goods.
• Location Sharing: The app may share your location with other users or third-party services (with your permission).
• Unrestricted Internet: The app provides access to the broader internet; content encountered may not be rated.
• Mild / Moderate / Intense Violence: The product contains depictions of violence at the indicated level.
• Mild Language / Strong Language: The product contains profanity or strong language.
• Simulated Gambling: The product includes simulated gambling mechanics with no real-money wagering.
• Sexual / Mature Content: The product contains sexual or adult themes (applied only to 17+ rated products).

§05 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Raketmo apps that allow users to upload, create, or share content (images, text, files, etc.) carry a "User-Generated Content" content descriptor. Because UGC is created by users and not controlled by Rakett LLC, we cannot pre-screen all content before it appears.

We implement the following safeguards to manage UGC appropriateness:

• Automated content scanning tools to detect and flag content that violates our content policies
• User reporting mechanisms allowing any user to flag inappropriate content
• Human moderation review of flagged content
• Community guidelines prohibiting harmful, illegal, or age-inappropriate content
• Age-gating of features that may expose users to UGC where the rated audience may include minors

For products rated 4+ or 9+, UGC features are either absent or restricted to content types that are inherently age-appropriate (e.g., drawings, text about specific pre-approved topics). Unmoderated social or open-text UGC features are not included in child-directed products.

§06 Content Moderation

Rakett LLC maintains content moderation processes for all user-generated content within our products. Content that violates our Terms of Service — including content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violently graphic, harassing, or hateful — is subject to removal and may result in account suspension or termination.

We use a combination of automated detection, hashing of known illegal content (including CSAM detection in partnership with recognized industry databases), and human review. We report confirmed illegal content to appropriate authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

§07 Parental Controls

We encourage parents and guardians to use platform-level parental controls to manage their children's access to Raketmo apps:

• iOS / iPadOS: Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Content Restrictions → Apps (set maximum allowed app rating)
• Android (Google Family Link): Set content rating limits and app approval requirements for managed child accounts
• Google Play: Play Store → Settings → Family → Parental controls → set content restrictions by rating

Additionally, some Raketmo apps include in-app parental controls or PIN-protected settings sections. Where available, these are described in the app's support documentation.

§08 Age Gates

For features or content sections rated 17+ within otherwise lower-rated apps, we implement age verification gates that require users to confirm they are of appropriate age before accessing the restricted content. Age gate confirmations are not stored as verified identity — they rely on the user's honest self-representation.

For features requiring strict age verification (e.g., features regulated under applicable law), we may implement additional verification steps beyond self-declaration. Where required, we comply with the applicable legal standard for age verification in each jurisdiction.

§09 Rating Appeals

If you believe a Raketmo product has been incorrectly rated, or if you believe content within a product is inappropriate for its stated rating, you may submit a rating review request to complaints@rakettllc.com with the following information:

• The name of the app or product
• The current rating displayed
• A description of the content you believe warrants a different rating
• The rating you believe is more appropriate and why

We review all rating concerns and, where warranted, update our rating submissions with the applicable rating bodies. Rating changes on storefronts are subject to the review processes of Apple, Google, and other platforms.

§10 Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter content within a Raketmo app that you believe is inappropriate, illegal, or violates our content policies, please report it through the in-app reporting mechanism (where available) or by contacting complaints@rakettllc.com. Urgent reports involving child safety should be sent to legal@rakettllc.com and will be prioritized.
