Clear, fair, and transparent financial practices. This policy governs all purchase, subscription, billing, and financial interactions within Raketmo products. We are committed to transparent pricing, honest billing practices, and compliance with applicable consumer protection law in the USA, EU, and Canada.

§01 Overview

Rakett LLC offers both free and paid features across its product portfolio. This Financial Features Policy governs all monetary transactions, in-app purchases, virtual goods, subscriptions, and any other financial interactions within Raketmo websites, mobile applications, and other products.

Nothing in this policy constitutes financial or investment advice. Rakett LLC does not offer financial investment services and is not a licensed financial services provider.

§02 Financial Features Offered

Not all financial features are available in all products or regions. Available features are disclosed at the point of purchase within the relevant app or website.

§03 Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. For users in other regions, prices may be displayed and charged in local currency at the then-current exchange rate as determined by the applicable payment processor or platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe).

Prices are inclusive of all Rakett LLC charges. Applicable taxes, where required by law, may be added at checkout and are disclosed before you confirm any purchase. Rakett LLC reserves the right to set and adjust pricing in any currency or region at any time, subject to advance notice as described in Section 10.

§04 Payment Processing

All payments within Raketmo products are processed by third-party payment processors. Rakett LLC does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the payment processor's terms regarding billing mechanics, the payment processor's terms govern the billing relationship.

All payment data transmitted to processors uses industry-standard TLS encryption. Processors are PCI DSS compliant.

§05 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, the following terms apply:

  • The trial period, its duration, and the price that will apply after the trial are clearly disclosed before you begin the trial
  • A valid payment method is required to start a free trial
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription price at the end of the trial period
  • You will receive a reminder notification before the trial converts to a paid subscription where required by law (including EU and California)
  • Free trials are generally available once per user account per product. Rakett LLC reserves the right to restrict trial eligibility.

To cancel a free trial: cancel your subscription before the trial end date via the platform through which you subscribed (Apple App Store, Google Play, or your Raketmo account settings). Cancellation prevents conversion to a paid subscription.

§06 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Paid subscriptions to Raketmo products automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual as selected) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Rakett LLC (or the applicable platform) to charge your payment method at each renewal interval at the then-current subscription price.

Renewal Notification

Where required by law (including California's Automatic Renewal Law and EU Directive 2019/2161), we provide advance notice of upcoming renewals. Annual subscriptions will receive a reminder at least 3 days (and up to 30 days where required) before renewal.

How to Cancel

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → [App Name] → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
  • Web: Log in → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel or contact service@rakettllc.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time in the current period, except where required by law.

§07 In-App Purchases

Certain Raketmo apps offer optional in-app purchases (IAPs) for additional content, features, or items. All IAPs are optional — the purchase of IAPs is never required to access core app functionality.

Before completing any in-app purchase, the item description, price, and any applicable terms are displayed for your review. All IAPs require your explicit confirmation before the charge is processed. We do not employ dark patterns, manipulative UI, or pressure tactics to encourage purchases.

IAPs that are consumable (single-use items) cannot be restored after use. Non-consumable IAPs (permanent features or content) may be restored on your account across devices. Subscription IAPs are managed through your device's subscription management interface.

§08 Virtual Currency & Virtual Goods

Some Raketmo products may offer virtual currency or virtual goods (collectively "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are purchased with real currency and can be used only within the applicable app. Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for real-world goods or services.

Virtual Items are a limited license to use a digital feature, not a purchase of property. Rakett LLC reserves the right to modify the value, availability, or features associated with Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items may be lost if your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Simulated gambling mechanics (if any) within Raketmo apps use only Virtual Items and do not involve real-money wagering. They are disclosed in the app's content rating descriptors.

§09 Refunds

General Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in this section or as required by applicable law. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time upon cancellation.

Platform Refunds (Apple / Google)

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies respectively. Requests must be submitted through those platforms:

Direct Purchase Refunds

For purchases made directly through our website or Stripe, refund requests should be submitted to service@rakettllc.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion where: (a) the product did not work as advertised due to a technical error on our part; or (b) required by applicable consumer protection law.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU, which provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where you have not already started using the service), UK consumer rights, and Canadian consumer protection legislation.

§10 Price Changes

Rakett LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases before the change takes effect, delivered via email and/or in-app notification. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.

For EU/EEA users, price change notices comply with applicable consumer protection law. California users receive advance notice in compliance with California's Automatic Renewal Law (CA Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.).

§11 Taxes & Fees

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes including VAT (EU), GST/HST (Canada), and state/local sales tax (USA). Taxes are calculated based on your billing address or location and are disclosed at checkout before purchase confirmation. Rakett LLC is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes in jurisdictions where we have a legal obligation to do so.

§12 Fraud Prevention

Rakett LLC employs fraud detection and prevention measures to protect users and our platform from unauthorized transactions. If we detect potentially fraudulent activity on your account, we may: temporarily suspend the account, require additional identity verification, or cancel suspicious transactions. We will notify you if action is taken on your account due to suspected fraud.

If you believe an unauthorized purchase has been made using your payment method, contact your payment provider (bank or card issuer) immediately and notify us at service@rakettllc.com.

§13 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at service@rakettllc.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved more quickly through our support team. Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase that was properly delivered may result in suspension or termination of your account and restriction from future purchases.

§14 Children & In-App Purchases

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls to prevent unauthorized in-app purchases by minors:

  • iOS: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases → In-App Purchases → set to "Don't Allow"
  • Android (Google Play): Play Store → Settings → Family → Parental controls → enable and set purchase requirements (require authentication for all purchases)

Rakett LLC is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors using a parent or guardian's account without supervision. Where we become aware of a purchase made by a child without appropriate parental consent, we will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact service@rakettllc.com promptly.

§15 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have. EU consumers have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content purchases under Directive 2011/83/EU, which may be waived if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the waiver before purchase. UK and Canadian consumers have similar rights under applicable law. California residents have rights under the Automatic Renewal Law and California Consumer Protection Law.
